Australian Maxima/US I30/I35 Front Lip Spoiler

Let's bring this one back to the top of our own section now guys!

Anyone have any contacts in Australia that could look into getting the front lip spoiler that's on the new Australian Nissan Maxima ST-R?

Seen here:

Click for full size:
http://www.nissan.com.au/maxima/images/g10l.jpg

Or seen here:

Also, does anyone have contacts in Asia or possibly the Middle East that could source Cefiro body mods? Particularly front, rear bumpers and spoilers, etc. ?

Let's get our connections going guys, this may be our best bet at getting some body mods for our cars!

Those are nice, but do ya have anything for the A33 Cefiro?

I've seen the Signature Kit for the A33 Cefiro, but I always figured it would be near impossible to get a hold of that.

I believe for some of those kits you need a Japanese Spec bumper. Id def. be in to get a front spoiler/body kit for my 1997 I30. SY seems to have the hook up in Japan, maybe he could cut us a deal with his contact. I remember SLCI30t said that he had family in the shipping buisness. Im sure they would cut him a deal, so if we could get enough interest then maybe we could get something going. Im sure we could find a supplier if SY isnt in that market, but the hard part is trust and shipping.

well we can trust SY...he's been a great member to this forum and has sold to many people. I would really like a body kit or at least a front lip or something from there. If we can get enough people and find a person who can ship it here for us, we can do it.

I'm in the Air Force, but I haven't gone to my training yet, so I won't be stationed overseas for at least another year...just a little FYI, but just know that if and when I do go to Japan, that I will hook you all up...

Heres some part numbers for the A33 factory accessories available from Nissan Australia. You will need to quote these if you call an Australian dealer or to see if your local dealer can special order them.

Front skirts (as fitted to ST-R) - K6015 3Y100AU
Rear skirts - H5910 3Y100AU
Side skirts - G6850 3Y100AU
Rear spoiler - K6030 3Y100A
Rear window sunguard (aka 'spoiler') - G9890 3Y100A

Update:

Called the Nissan Dealer about the Australian Maxima parts, I think they thought I was crazy. The guy was nice enough about it though and tried to look up the part numbers = no dice.

He gave me the Nissan NA number and I figured it was worth a shot, but stupid me, nobody customer service related seems to work on the weekends anymore

I'll probably give them a call on Monday, just with the hope that I can get somewhere if we don't have luck with some of our connections.

Awesome...that's about $130 USD...not a bad price. Can you get a hold of these and ship them as well?

Thanks,

John

guys, we have to work out the payment method and shipping method. The spoilers will not be shipped until full payment is received. I have received prices for shipping from UPS and FedEx, UPS charge AUD$165.59 and FedEx charge AUD$155. Conventional mail postage will probably cost half as much but I do not reccomend it as the packages will probably get lost in the mail....

I appreciate you doing this. Personally, I think the less expensive, the better, so I'm more partial to UPS. Also, how would you prefer payment? I think most of us here use Paypal on a regular basis, so that might be the easiest means to send money to you quickly and safely.

What are your thoughts, and other "I" guys - feel free to chime in.

Thanks,

John

Hey John, it's no problem, anything to help fellow .org members make their i30/i35's more unique. I just have to confirm if paypal is available for Australian bank accounts, I will have to get back to you on that.

Hey Guys, I'm in the process of creating a paypal account, it should take 3-4 days to activate the account. I also have a price for sending the spoilers by conventional mail...on an estimated MAXIMUM weight of 5KG (11 pounds) the postage will be about AUD$80. An exact postage amount cannot be determined until the actual box is weighed and the a$$es at nissan are unable to tell me the weight before I buy the spoilers...
Also for the A32 i30 guys I will have a look around for the autech front lip...

I am not sure exactly which lip you guys are talking about for the A32.. The link on the 1st page of this thread of the Autech kit does not look like it's a lip, but a whole bumper? Direct me to which one your speaking of.

Just my opinion, but I would rather have the signatue. Is the front bumper on the signature just like the stock just lower with a bit of a lip? Although beggers can't be choosers.
