2001 Navigation Disc

Does anyone know if there is an updated version of the navigation discs and where I can get them for cheap. Also, is there is anyone willing to copy and swap regions. Thanks.

My dad has nav on his I35, and he has discs for the entire nation. I *might* be persuaded to find one of our "backup" discs if you like
