Hi, Infinti guys. (I30)

Us Maxima owners are trying to figure out something.

1995-1997 Maximas do not have a outside temp readout on auto climate control display. Only inside temp.

1998 Max's have the option, but not have the button installed in dash to display amient temp. We can order the button, but out the dash, and install it ourselves.

In 1999, they finally put the Ambient temp on all Maximas with ACC.

So, the question is: What years Infinti I30's have the outside temp display on climate control? We think that they intentially left it out on 1995-1998 Max's so they could put it on all Infinti's, like other stock features or options Max's do not have.

 

It's not the 97's. Anybody with a 98 care to reply?

 

I dont have it on my 97.

 

i've got the outside ambient air temp on mine but i have a '99. not sure about the guys with the '98

 

I have a 98 and I have it on mine. So I guess 98 was the first year.
