my 2001 I30t has it and its a 4 speed auto. i know after 2000 it was on the touring models, and also after 2000 the 5 speed wasnt available.

Do you notice any torque steer on straight line acceleration? coming out of curves? I am thinking of replacing my tranny in the 2000 Max SE (as it is in for warranty work, and they are thinking of replacing it; I know the cost difference is $800 + new axles, but I will pay it, IF some I30t owner would recommend it), for a VLSD out of a 2000 I30t ...
And another thing, since I30t VLSD required new axles, I priced them and they were listed @ $$490 each (infiniti.net)... Has any replaced theirs @ this price or are there cheaper ones availible?
