Ukraine I30 Police vehicle posters
looks like they use I30/35 police cars in the ukraine- must be the heated seats.
Ukranian policemen install the first wooden police car imitation by the road near the town of Borispol, February 26, 2003. Police have decided to use the imitation car as a method of preventing speeding and reducing car accidents.
