I've been reading the FAQ's to see what everyone thinks about this, and i've seen that the general idea is that you loose low end power with a pop up charger, but a CAI has less low end gains. I cant decide what to get considering I dont want to loose anymore low end becuase I feel the I30 already doesnt have great low end power. I'm leaning towards a CAI for that reason, what do you all think?

 

General rule of thumb on the org is that CAI is best for auto's and pop best for manuals. Don't know from first hand knowledge but that is the general thoughts here.
Keep in mind that an intake is not going to be a huge mod either way, so don't stress your self deciding.

CAI = better low end gains
Pop = better high end gains

It has to do with the bends, or lack there of, in the piping.

 

I guess im gonna get a CAI off ebay then
