i30 sighting tampa florida

hey i saw a baby blue i30 going northbound on dale mabry with spinners and tvs in the headrests dash and visors. i was in my friends civic and we played a lil bit wit u around dale mabry and bearse then we turned into the walmart plaza.

i seen the same car a while back. too much traffic so i couldn't get close enough to stop him and ask questions.
