Trunk lip spoilers

The trunk lip spoilers are finally here. They are on my website, ready for sale.

There are A32 trunk lip spoilers and A33 trunk lip spoilers.

They are also cheaper than expected. $65 shipped..

How often does that happen?

I took some pics.. They're not that good. You can click on the "NO" next to the item on my site. I forgot to update that part last night. Hopefully some of the people that have ordered them can take better pics on their car when they get them.

I got my spoiler today...and consequently dropped it off at the body shop today

I'll have pics up once it's painted and I put it on.

Re: Trunk lip spoilers

Ordered one as soon as they were posted on the website and got it 2 or 3 days later. Great service! I'm not going to put it on my car for a while (the $ is needed for my MEVI) but I did place it on the car and I thought it looked really nice, I'll take a couple pics and post them.

It looks very...um...subtle. Meaning, once it's painted, I think it would be hardly noticeable. It's like a thin unibrow or mustache.

Re: Re: PICS!!

Yes, it definately has a sublte look to it. That is what I was after with this. I prefer this look on sedans rather than a spoiler.

Ok, had a mini-meet in NYC last night to see if these will fit on Max's..
Sorry to report, they will NOT fit.

The 4th gen ones were the right width, but did not follow the curvature of the trunk.

5th gen ones were a little too long and same with the curve.

MaxMojo...did you guys try warming it up and trying to make it curve to fit?

I ask, because my spoiler came curved backwards...the guy at the body shop just went along the length of the spoiler with his hands over his thigh and worked it till he got the right curve. I figure the same could be done for the max...provided the length is not too great or too short..
