Service engine light on

Hi,

I am getting a service engine soon light. I cot it checked with the help of Autozone guys and no error coed came up.

What do I need to do to rest the error code or clear it.

One suggestion I got was to remove the battery for more an a minute and then start the car and let the computer recalibrate itself?

any comments / ideas??????

have a nice day,

Keep it simple. Go to Advanced Auto and they will pull your engine code(s) for free.

try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes. that usually does it, it will reset everything in the car. if that doesn't do it, you're better off taking the car to an infiniti dealer, don't go to autozone

Keep it easy? Why don't you just follow the direction in the link I provided and it will take you 2 minutes.

When disconnecting the battery method, you must have it disconnected for at least 12 hrs.

Just use the link.
