The i30's in my price range usually have 110k miles or more, will this be ok or should I be weary of things? thanks.

100K is not high mileage for the VQ. The most important thing is the cars history. If your buying private make sure the owner has kept all records for the car. Oil changes, repair records etc....
Always have a used car looked at by a trusted mechanic before purchasing. Some dealerships don't like to let you do this, and those would be the ones I would not buy from.

also check carfax for the history of the car in case it's been in any major accidents or floods. and make sure the 60K and 120K major tune ups are done on the car...very important. don't worry about the mileage if the car runs great and has a clean history. good luck!

Don't worry about 100K on these fine cars, 100K is nothing for a VQ engine, I got a '96 I30 with 128K and still pulls hard as new, just check maintainance history and take care of it like a baby and you'll be good !
