There are about 4 threads left on the stud so I can't double nut it. How else can I get this stud out? I've heard there are sockets that you can put on studs that will unscrew them. Anyone hear of these? This really sucks because this is my girlfriend's mother's car and she neded it on Monday so now I gotta figure out how to get my girlfriend to work since her mom is gonna use her car. Ugh this sucks.

 

hammer it out and put a new stud in. you wont be able to unscrew studs since there pressed in and have grooved teeth holding it
