sagging headliner and strange feeling about roof...

hey. My new I30 has a slightly sagging headliner...anyone know how i can fix this? Also, when i run my hand over the roof of the car on the inside, I can feel wires and stuff....its not like my maxima that has a smooth solid feel to the roof. it feels almost like there are panels in teh inside roof that are missing???? does that make any sense? How can i find out what is beneath the headliner and whether there are indeed missing panels I need to replace?

well i figured out that this i30 did not come with a stock sunroof and the 1st owner had either an aftermarket one installed or a factory one....so they cut the padding beneath the headliner all up, leaving open spaces for it to sag. i guess I need to figure out how to replace the headliner pad with another one from a max with a stock sunroof....if anyone has any leads id appreciate it!
