origin of the I35

Hey guys,

where is the current I35 built?
also, if you happen to know where the g35 is built as well, i would appreciate it.

Final assembly should be either Nissan's Oppama Plant or Tochigi Plant. Isn't clear which one from Nissan's website. I know the engines are built in the Iwaki Plant.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to know?

I see. BTW G35 is assembled at the Tochigi Plant.

just take off your rear license plate... there should be a marking there if its from Japan.

I thought all I30s were designed and built in Japan while Maximas were built in the U.S.

You would be correct sir. There is not a U.S. Assembly plant just as of yet for Infiniti. They are shipped her via from Japan. Some of the parts are however made in the U.S. Hence the reason the cars parts are 65% import and 35% domestic for the I35 and G35.
