Ok, so what kind of bulbs to I use to replace Cefiro 1 piece headlight bulbs?

I know, I know, this is a stupid question. But I just can't remember what kind of bulbs I should use for my Cefiro headlights. I *think* it came with some upgraded harness (H3 maybe??), but that was so long ago I don't even remember. I know we had to change some wires around to get them to work, but since I know nothing about wiring I wasn't able to help out, and didn't see exactly what was going on. Is there some label on the harness, or anything I can check to be sure? I ordered these in a GD from Paradox Systems last June (or around then).

I plan on getting some kind of Sylvania bulbs to replace the crappy blue bulbs in there now. Any other reccomendations on bulbs?

So the H3 I was thinking about is for the fog lights, correct? What's the most powerful bulb I can put in the headlight safely?

Yhea, the H3's are the fogs. I don't know about the wattage for the headlights.

Well, looking at the Sylvania website.....
site

There seem to be a few types of H4 bulbs...one for a motorcycle, and others with different wattage. Anyone know which to get?

Ok, like I said I was looking to get some Sylvania bulbs since I've heard good things about them. However, on their website the lowest wattage H4 bulb is 55 watts, while our bulbs should only be 45 watts (according to SYcefiro). Any ideas? How bad would those extra 10 watts be? Any why do I feel like 45 watts is a low wattage? Aren't the stock bulbs like 75? As you can see I'm very confused.....

55 Watts H-4 bulbs should be okay. Because your stock I-30 was 55 Watts.
