Aiming One-Piece Headlights?

Just wondering that is it similar to aiming a 4th gen headlight? Any help would be highly appreciated.

There are two screws that come out of the back of the housing. One for side to side and one for up and down. Is that what you were wanting to know? o

Well there is one long 8mm and one small one. Which one is up/down?

Shine your headlights against a wall at night and see which screw does which.

i thought they controlled each individual light?? One of my screws doesn't go the full length that the other screw goes...is there any way to fix that?
