Is there any way to get it out or do I have to buy a new one all together. I was trying to see how to get it off, but I couldnt figure it out.

 

I have the same problem in my passenger side Fog Light. I was wondering if they sold crystal clear fog lights to match with new OEM Headlights. Also, whats the best bulb(s) to buy if you want to put out a bright yellow Lexus IS 300-looking color for the foglights?

 

not exactly sure where your rust is...but i know that Coca-Cola eats rust off chrome.

 

its sitting inside of fog light .....

 

i'd say change the light. think about it, if there's rust inside, water is getting in.
