Oxygen Sensor

How many Oxygen Sensors does the 96-97 I30 have? Is it only one that is in front of the catalystic converter or is there two, one in front of the manifold and one in front of the cat? My friend said it was the downstream O2 Sensor that I needed, but he didn't say if that was the only one in my car or not. He priced it at 160, but I went to Pep Boys and got it for $87 [Bosch]. That sounds a little funny being that if its the same part how could the prices be so drastically different. Also, I called a couple places prior to getting the part and I got mixed answer. Some said we had two, some said only one sensor.

according to the owner's manual, i see 2 front heated o2 sensors ans 1 rear heated o2 sensor in a 1997 i30. it should be the same for a 1996 one as well.
