Vote for a Euro-Max forum

Hoe manny of you would be interested in a European Maxima forum here on this board? They have an I30 forum and all the gens for the US-spec maxima, but no european forum.

Maybe we could get the admin from this board into making a forum for us european guys if we get enough votes for a european forum. If they wouldn't be willing to make an european forum on this board, and we have enough people that would be interested in one, I will make a european maxima forum myself.

It will never happen. Why? Because the site administrator does not check the site, take suggestions, or otherwise update the site to reflect member wishes.

Sorry, that is just how it is.

No, it would not happen because it would get 1 or 2 posts a day. It was hard enought to get an I30 forum......good luck.

Oh well, if there are enough people that have interest in this (for me 10 people will do), I will make a forum for us guys on my own. I have extended phpBB2 experience and have numerous forums set up at the moment. So 1 more won't be much of a problem. However I don't want to start a forum to see I get only 1 visit a month or so.

So if there are 10 people interested and willing to activly use that forum, I will set it up. I regret that the admin of this forum doesn't pay more attention on it. However, putting a forum online myself has the advantage for all of us euro-maxers that we would have a working search function!

Well, there is the international forum, you could start up a European Thread, like what was done for those of us from Australasia

Don't think one thread would give the functionality a forum could give...

a few things I would do different when I set up a new forum...

- Working search function
- Customizable avatars for everyone
- Running phpBB2.0.8 as forum software in stead of vBulletin. Usage of the two are the same, but phpBB2 is faster and more realiable if you ask me.
