Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) on '96
MIL light comes up yesterday (Tuesday) after my wife filled up the full tank with '89 aki gas. The car is '96 w/ 90k miles, regular maintenance, putting premium gas at all the time. Browsed the FAQ and threads down to May '03, can't figure out. Any suggestion ? Should I just wait till this tank of gas finished ?
(side note The day before MIL came, I did changed the entire set of Spark Plugs, every procedure (screws, connectors, etc) was followed (except that I wouldn't find the gap gauge so I didn't check the gap). It's the NGK BKR5E-11 VP Cu. Thought that the factory has pre-gapped at .044" already, shouldn't be a concern. Fired up and test-drove for 2 times around the area for 5 min, not found MIL that time.
Thanks for advice.
