Question:

I have a 96 I30 and the rear seat DOES NOT fold down. The only thing that folds down is the middle arm rest back there.

Can someone tell me if the new models of the I30 98-99, fold down? If they do, are the dimensions of the rear seat the same as on the 96-97 models?

Basically, could I switch out the back of the 96 I30 back seat with a 98-99 back of the back seat and have it fit?????

Hmmmmmmmmm Any thoughts?

The 98-99 models rear seats do not fold down...Just a ski pass thru....like the 96-97

 

Oh, damn! You would think that you pay all this money or a luxery car you would be able to fold down the damn seat!!!!

the next gen i30s do. i was damning infiniti after i bought the car when i couldn't drop the back seats too.
