does any one know if projector lamps with hid are avalible for i30 99 or if some one has modified the standard ones for hid projector?

 

I havn't seen any that you can buy already to go. You will have to retrofit projectors.

I was wondering the same thing. I wanted to see what projectors would look like. I kinda like the reflector housing on the 98-99 I30. Also you would need bi xenon projector retrofit. Also you would have to make sure you get projecters that are made for HID. If you use OEM halogen projecters the output is poor. The reflectors in the projecters are not made to use the extra lumens that HID produces.

Anyone have pics of their ride retrofitted projectors. I know I30Steve said he has Cefiro healights w/ projectors but I have only seen beam pattern pics.

 

Dual projectors would be cool too. It would be a bit more expensive because you would have to get two HID and two halogen projectors. It might look a little like the J30 I would like to retrofit projectors but, I am too lazy and my HIDs work pretty good.
