I think the part number is RF5-F50V, but I could be wrong. You will also have to get 96-99 I30 LSD axles for the conversion. Good luck
From the original post I am prompted to ask the following question. Is the tranny in the I30 the same as the one in the maxima (minus the vlsd).
My max tranny just blew up, and I too was having a problem with third gear. I am planning on swapping in an I30 tranny, and would appreciate the peace of mind of having a better unit.
So is it the same?

I need some help guys.
I went to an infiniti dealership to purchase the tranny seals for the lsd model, but they acted like a$$$holes and refused to sell me anything without a VIN number.
Can someone with a '99 I30 5 speed /w LSD give me their VIN #. Additionally, anyone out there familar with exactly which seal I need to purchase to complete this swap?

I found the following seals for sale on the web. If someone could check this page out, and let me know if these will do the job.

Possibly a 99 so you would be sure the bad bearing problem was fixed. They are only $1800.
