Idling problems

I posted this a couple of months ago, and still have the problem where my idling on drive, reverse, and park shakes the car. The rpm drops slightly, and can get crazy at times. It happens sporatically, but happens everytime I drive. My check engine light came on at one point, but then disappeared the next day. So I checked the ecu with a friend and got 5 long blinks and 5 short ones, meaning there were no problems. So if it was the coils that some of you proposed that's the problem, shouldn't the ecu have recorded it when the check engine light came on before? Any other solutions to this? Is it worth bringing to a mechanic to check it out? It is annoying, but if it won't break down on me, I don't want to be spending $200+ to get this fixed. Thanks for the help.

I have a similar problem in that the idle is rough when in gear and and not rough when I shift to neutral. I sprayed inside of the throttle body with a spray can "throttle body cleaner". The quality of the roughness changed but didn't go away. I also changed the plugs with no noticable change. I'm planning to take it to a mechanic in the next week. Let me know if there's an easy fix.
