Why dont you look for 4th gen I30/max chrome door handles... I dont know about the Altimas, they look about the same though...
Everything that I have heard indicates that these are a direct replacement. I cannot search right now or I could confirm it, but IIRC, they work fine.

Yes, I already have chrome inner dorr handles, but the Chrome is pealing off and I was hoping to replace them all with newer ones that were not pealing.
I think I may try purchasing the Altima ones since the price is nice and then go from there.
