To 96-99 Auto I30 Owners: Do You Have Shift Indicator in Your Instrument Cluster?

I recently took a good look at my (96 Maxima GXE's) instrument cluster and realized that mine doesn't have shift indicators (such as P, R, N, D, 2, 1) although it was designed to have them anyway. You can see from the cluster that all the circuits and holes for bulb are there right in the middle of it, but the bulbs just aren't there. I also noticed that SE cluster I recently bought from a junkyard didn't have them.

I was wondering if automatic 96-99 I-30's clusters are equipped "standard" with the indicators, because I-30s are more luxurious version of Maximas.

Do you have the shift indicators in your instrument cluster?

We don't have them either, but the JDM Cefiros do. That is why it "looks" like the gauge cluster was ment to have them.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I just realized that the Cefiros do when I browsed Yahoo auction site in Japan....damn....I thought that it would be nice to have them like my 2000 I30

Anyway I appreciate your info.
