Need help from anyone that has paradox smoked cefiro's

i dont what i could possibly be doing wrong, but the low beams are way to low (not enough light output),, the high beams are fine......the bulbs are mtech h4 4325k 55/65 w .....do you have any idea...i tried switching the high and low leads on the harness, no change,,,,also,, when the low beams are on, my high beam indicator on the dash is partially illuminated....and,....now i CAN have the high beams and the foglights on at the same time..couldnt do that before....please help.. Could i possibly be defective bulbs?,,, but why the high beam indicator....figures,, the lights go in the car flawlessly, looks great,, but not working properly.....
