I believe they speak Chinese in Taiwan. Think of them as a Democratic China, they live without the boot of communisim on their neck...

That's Mandarin, not Taiwanese. Taiwanese is only a spoken dialogue, kinda like the Texan accent to English. I just had to clearify this because so many people think of Taiwan as a country, and Taiwanese a language, like they're a totally different race.

And i30d is absolutely right about Taiwan's political status. Now back to the topic, the seller is only willing to ship to an address in Taiwan, no where off the island.

And certainly no one gives a $h!t if you care about learning Taiwanese or not, and there's absolutely no need to manipulate the word Taiwanese even though you think it's a proud thing to do. Besides, have you noticed anyone here said that you should care?

If you have so much American pride, then go drive a Ford, GM, Chrysler or Saturn. Since you're so proud you shouldn't even touch a car that was designed and built by the Japanese. I bet your granddaddy are still telling you that the Japanese are the enemies, isn't he?

Get over yourself, lad.

Japan is one of America's best allies. Too bad I can't say the same thing about the French or Germans.
