Remove 3 bolts underneath in front of the wheel well. The rest is self-explanatory... Just stick your head up in there and pop out the bulb.

i'm just replacing the BULBS. Also, one mechanic just told me that I should be careful when replacing the fog light bulbs because it could potentially over extend the "lighting system" causing a shortage and possible damage ($$$). Anyone ever heard of anything like this. I am putting in regular H3 bulbs (Silverstars).....

That's stupid. Bulbs burn out - they get replaced. That's common sense.

He may have been talking about using higher-wattage bulbs - in which case certain problems can be associated with that. Silverstars shouldn't have a problem.

And the process mentioned above IS for replacing the bulbs (not the housing).

Yes it takes a little while, for the opening isn't in the most convenient place. I had to turn the wheels out of the way just to get into there. Then I had to unscrew 3 bolts in front of the wheel well under the fog light to remove the black plastic rain guards. Then you just find the back of the fog light housing, twist the seal off, and unclip the back of the bulb. Beware the bulbs ARE H3, but the mount is a little bigger than the clip on normal H3 bulbs. 30 seconds of sanding should make them fit just fine however, widen the rectangular gap. Then test them, and repeat the process in reverse.
