Will be parking a 99 I30 limited next to my 2k se Max...things to know?

Have had my 2k maxima since the first week it was released and have been thrilled with it.

My mom has moved in with my and there is NO way I am letting her park her POS 91 camery in my drive way so I bought her a 99 I30. Had a friend in florida go check this one out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...501357632&rd=1 and he said it is in Amazing shape and drives great. So I called the guy (he is at a football game) and got it for $8600. said he will pull it once he gets home.

But what do I need to know about it? Easy mods, things to look out for, or anything else? Yea, I know it is just another maxima so it pretty much has the same issues.

Thanks

Greg

I test drove a bunch of Maximas and an i30, and I ended up with the i30 just a few days ago, despite it being a bit more expensive and a couple years older than the Max's I was looking at. While they're 95% the same, the other 5% is definitely noticable. The i30 has a quieter ride, and for someone who is used to a 91' Camry, I'm sure your mother will love it as-is.

You're surely familiar with the mods you can do on a Maxima - the same apply to the i30. Personally, I'm hesitant to change intake, exhaust, shocks, etc because it will take away some of the luxury feel.

It's all a matter of preference... congratulations on your new purchase!
