Oxygen Sensor

Would an Oxygen Sensor going out make your car idle rough?

Depends, if you are talking about the O2 sensors on the headers/manifold yes (I35 has two on them). If you are talking about the ones on the exhaust, all they do is throws emission signals to the ECU. The CEL light will come on and that is really annoying.
