Crankshaft Position Sensor

I just got back from my mechanic. He pulled my check engine codes and I got a "Crankshaft Position Sensor Cog". Does anybody know what this "Cog" means? Also does anybody know what the normal TPS voltage is? Finally the last question. What is the "number of ignition cycles since set" and what is the normal amount?

COG?? There is a REF and a POS (position not the other POS).
about .48 volts at Idle for the TPS.
# of cycles is how many times the car has been started since the code was set, 0 would indicate the problem is happening right now.
I hope you mech is good because there are also some ground issuse which can set that code, as well as some other stuff(to many to list).
