help needed with remote

help needed with remote

hi there everyone i have a 99' i30t and just yesterday my Remote (keyFOB) stopped working so i changed the battery and it still dosnt work any one have any idea as to what the cause of this problem might be, i dont wanna go back the the stealership again

Question... was it working at any point after you took delivery of the car? If not, then it could be broken or it could need to be reprogrammed. Sometimes they pop up on eBay if you search for "96-99 Infiniti I30" and they usually come with programming instructions.

Programming instructions are on 4th Gen FAQ. Check there first before you shell out $$$ to buy instruction to program the remote.

the remote was workign fine sinse june, just stopped working yesterday thanks for the reply and now it works sometimes and someetimes it dosnt liek it snot sending the signa at time ill try looking in the 4th gen faq thanks alot
