you can buy the heated seat kit. I have sone so for my Probe. Works great but kind of expensive. Memory seats is something new to me so I am not sure. I also forgot the name of the company that sells the heated seat kit, but a lot of Mazda Miata owners get them. Search on e-bay and google to find a kit. That is what i did.

Heated is easy

Memory would be a pretty big undertaking. I really can't imagine any senario where it would be the worth the time and money for memory seats

Well i would enjoy memory seats. I drive into the city every day. 3 out of the 5 days, the valet changes my seat position. It would be nice to have them go back correctly by themselves.

By the way, the heated seat kit is made by Duetto motors. Search for them on google.

just tell the valet not to change them. i have been a valet for 4 years, and if someone asks not to mess with the seats, i wont unless i absolutely have to (im 6'3, and sometimes HAVe to move the seats to drive the car)
