I just had a set of springtechs installed and the drop is perfect. 2" in front and 1.8" in the rear. If you want to go lower than that you need to get some coilovers. I wouldnt recommend it though, unless you want to use your car strictly for show. The ride will be stiff as hell as well.

Both sprint and tein s-techs are more than 2". It will look good, but there will be almost no suspension travel left and you will be bottoming out alot. It is just they way our suspenison is designed. The car will actually handle worse with that low of a drop because of the lack of suspenison travel.

Not all coilovers are going to be really stiff, you can choose the spring rate you want with coilovers, as well as adjust the the strut stiffness and ride height. Coilovers will allow you to go as low as you want while maintaining suspension travel.

Trying to go lower than 2" with regular springs is very hard on struts. You will have to go with Tokico Illuminas if your going that low.

im going to kyb agx on tein stechs hopefully itll be a good ride, need to do rsb and a fstb in the next month or so, thatll complete my suspension mod, then itll be intake and full exhaust with magnaflow...i dont get the whole craze with cattman, frankencar etc... magnaflow has awesome mufflers and along with 2.5in mandrel bent from my exhaust shop i think itll match any of those exhausts' performance

If you want a good ride, spend a little more for the Illuminas. The AGXs are pretty stiff.

You sure your exhaust shop can do mandrel bends?

Then H-techs are what you want. They are a nice quality spring. 1.5" drop is about what my car is dropped

The H-Techs or H&R's. H&R's give you a slightly softer ride, while H-Techs give you slightly better performance. Drops are very close, H-Techs might be a tiny bit lower but I don't know. Some cars take the same springs and struts and are a little lower than others so you can't really go by that. All I know is PHenry has a writeup on the H-Techs when he first installed them a while back. It was very good.
