Will 98-99 climate control work with 96

Just curious if the Climate control for the 98-99s will work on my 96 i30?? Thanks for the help.

I really don't see why it wouldn't. You might want to ask on the 4th gen forums to make sure but I think they're the same.

The plug on the rear are different. One has two separate harness (98-99 I30), and the other has only one (96-97 I30). It may work, but it's NOT plug and play though
