Smoking rear tails
Yeah, tint film won't work, and spray paint won't either. You can try this stuff called Nite Shadz, but I hear it doesn't work that well and changes color after a while. I used some stuff from Japan, but I don't remember the name of it....
I personally would try going to a hobby shop. Look for something called black transparent spray paint.
I redded out my rear tails a while back using red transparent spray paint from the hobby shop and it worked great! You would not tell they were painted at all! Of course there is some technique to it as well, but I'm sure you can do it.
