Ceramic Brake Pad Noise

Ceramic Brake Pad Noise
I installed brembo rotors and satisfied pro ceramic brake pads from tirerack a bit back and have been hearing almost a grinding noise, but more of a creeking, from the front left brake, it comes with a slight vibration on the brake pedal as if the pads were gone and tearing into the rotor. I took it all apart cleaned it and put it back together and still have some brake noise. Happens much more noticibly when the car slows from about 15 to stop. Could this noise be the ceramic pads braking in with the rotor? Has anyone installed ceramic pads and had this problem? Possibly a defective part? Im lost here and can't stand the noises.
Also...Does anyone know where I can but interior chrome replacement handles for a 96i30. Paradox had them but apparently ran out. Anyplace else?

From what I understand that brake setup is for street race to course race which means they are great for high speed breaking... so I think you might have to deal with the squeal unless you'd like to purchase squeek-gone for your break pads... it's like a lubricant.

Adam, the shims are thin sheets of metal that go between the brake pad and the rotor. You normally apply the anti-squeal in between the pad and the shim. I just re did my rotors and pads today, and used new shims, along with the lube. You can get the brake quiet at any auto store normally in the same area as the brake cleaners. I bought Akebono pads, and they came with new shims. You might need to use the old ones on your car, or order a hardware kit for the brakes which I think includes new shims, and new pad retainers.
