too bad its not cost effective...although a suicide/lambo combo would look nice on a four door...maybe not tho...

I think it would look really weird and over the top on our cars. Maybe if you have a fast sports car but on a luxury car? I've seen pics of a Z roadster than looked really nice. You'd have to do all 4 doors somehow or I think it would look horrible.

Yeah man, I seen this one pic of a Black/Black 350Z and DAMN I was in love. It was amazing.

As for these doors on our cars, I wouldn't like the vertical type suicide doors like Lambos got, but I would certainly be interested in doin my rear doors to open opposite of the front. I'm not sayin I'd do it, but I'd def. be interested in how it would look, as that would be alot more classy, yet different and unique.

It's easy, just disconnect the battery, get a can of fix-a-flat, and then run a 3 foot long screw driver down the glass, from the inside. You have to make sure you insert the screw driver alongside the glass at the point DIRECTLY above the door-lock ****, also, be careful not to scratch up the glass. push the screwdriver down as far as it can go before the screw driver handle hits the top of the door panel. Once it's all the way down in there, grab it with both hands and simply pry back on it as hard as you possibly can, you have to really put your body into it and force it as hard as you can, once you hear a snap/crack/bang sound you'll know you broke it, umm, broke it loose that is..... When you're all done use the fix-a-flat to seal everything back up nice and tight.

two screws in the bottom...then one in the arm rest....unscrew those..

remove the door lights (two small screws.)

slid door panel upward.

after than unplug the wiring...there you GO! you took off your door panel!

do me a favor and take pics of the whole proces...

i need to see what i have to do to keep my darn mirror from wiggling when im driving..

oh yeah and for those who want the suicide kit...dont get it from andy's autosport...they're jerks.

Fixed my mirror!

I didn't take any pictures but the process is very easy...

Pop the inside door handle housing off first

the three screws mentioned above

there are four plastic prongs to pop... one above the speaker, one above the step light... one about 9 inches above that... and one about 4 inches below the mirror...

to tighten your mirror there is enough slack in the wires for the step light and power door/window controls that you don't have to disconnect them to access the mirror

there is one 10mm/phillips head screw/bolt at the bottom of the triangular mirror cover and 2 plastic prongs then the 3 10mm/phillips head screw/bolts are right in your face

any ?'s post a reply
