re-aming headlights

Hey my headlights are so out of aim
they are aiming right below the car and are very bright just not directed in the right spot. How do I direct them, I couldn't find a page on the internet that tells me how much to loosen the bolt or even if to do that.
Infiniti / Nissan said it's half an hour of work for both sides, and that's 60 CAD.

If anyone knows how to aim them back properly then please reply, thanks.

Stock has the up/down bolt in the front and left/right on the lower outside corner when looking at the back.
Cefiro lights have both in the back. Up/down is the long bolt under the top mounting bolt closest to the center of ther car. The left/right is next to the city lights socket.
There is a link for proper aiming instructions in the FAQs.

I can't find this anywhere in the FAQs
it's not in there
it tells u what bulbs to put into ur car
and why not to put HIDs

but it doesn't say anything about aiming the lights ??
