Braking Kick-back and pulling

My car noticebly pulls to the right during driving and especially during breaking. There is also kick-back/resistance in the brake pedal when I press it. Anybody else have that problem? If so, did you have to take it to the dealer to have it fixed effectively the first time?

warpped rotors or your caliper silder bolts are rusted and need to be regreased. Or it could be both.

No codes or lights or anything - it just pulls to the right.
