okay...situation is...i was doing about...39-40 mph on cruise control and all of a sudden my car did something that causes headaches...a lil orange light that can eat away at my wallet...anyways...how could this just pop up...not like i was going fast or pushing the car...geeze...anyone think its something??i dont feel or hear anything wrong with the car...i just hacked my airbox so yeah...what do u think it is?

you don't need a scanner!!!!!! Cruise control has nothing to do with a CEL. That is like saying since you were playing your radio at the time it has to do with your radio.

 

Likely a sensor issue. I go through ks and o2 sensors often. Can get the o2's cheap on e-bay.

 

cefiro8701....you've had your i30 for over 1yr and you still don't know how to pull codes? but thats weird cuz last week you said u pulled the code manually for knock sensor when u talked to me......come on dawg whats going on? u should know this stuff by now....

i dug up a BUNCH of old threads started by you and just reading some of them....you REALLY don't know wth is going on....and to top it off....most of them got locked up....come on dawg u should know better than dat....street racing in a public thread? omg....

 

no...i told you i used an scanner tool...i dont feel like turning that screw...i feel its safer with the scanner....i dunno i guess i feel that i might mess up...like i said...why dont u come show me...im off on wednesday...yeah...u need to show me whats up...

its probably the KS problem again...i never got it solved...money issues...so yeah...
