Heated Seats
Heated Seats
I just bought I30 front seats for my maxima. I noticed that the I30 I took it from had the heated seat switches so I took those as well. Many people told me that maximas are prewired for heated seats but when I went to hook up the switches after I installed the seats there were no harnesses in the console or under the carpet to hook up he heated seat switches. I am going to contact the auto yard I bought the seats from. What else will I need from that I30 to make the heated seats work? I'm thinking just the harness which goes from the seats to the switches but if there is anything else, please let me know. Thanks. Mike.

yea as stated above... 4thgen forums might be better.. i always wondered.. i have preforated seats... and when i opened up the back of the seat.. there was some stuff on the back of the seat that looked like it really didnt need to be there.. on the passanger side... so i m wondering... could it be the heater mechanism..? im jsut curious when i get time ill see if theres any unconnected plugs... but can this be possible..?
