Cool/interesting uses for the homelink feature???

Anyone thought of any? I don't have garage so can't use it for that. Don't have a house alarm so I can't use it for that. I'm thinking of some day putting in a carpc so hopefully I could figure out a way to use one button for start up/shut down, but that leaves me with two buttons or three if that idea isn't possible. Has anyone seen or heard of some cool functions for the homelink transceiver outside of the common uses?

You could install a remote gate in front of your house and use it to open that!

LOL maybe, but they will just have to get used to it. You will have ALL the power in those three little buttons.

You can buy sensors for your interior house lights and turn them on and off with homelink.
