Hey guys-
Good NEWS: I finally got a hold of someone in new zealand who has the foglights we have been waiting for instock.
They are projector lamps so they can take higher watt blubs and they will look so hot on our I35/I30s.
BAD NEWS: The Foglamps are pricey and I MEAN PRICEY. They $740 new zealand dollars. That comes out to be $517.00 USD and $55.91 for shipping. If we can get at least a few people (3) at least who are serious, we can save 20% which brings the total to $413.00 USD. I know some of you guys don't really want to put the funds out so, I am willing to be a guinnea pig on this one. I don't mind paying the money ($517) for the foglamps because I know they are high quality HOWEVER, I wouldn't mind the savings of 20%. Let me know what you guys want to do...If I get no response I will order for myself on friday.
Below is a picture of the foglamps and the email.

Morning Damien,
no worries with your fog lamps....cost for buying a pair would be $740.00 NZD + freight which I'll have to research but from past experenice fo sending parts to the US it should be about $80NZD. If you have a few orders for the above I can look at giving you a 20% discount. Just to make sure that we would be sending the correct lamps could you please provide me with the number off the fog lamp lens.
Regards............Paul

Hope some of you guys are in on this!!! I really want the foglamps. I have already responded to him on the INCORRECT bulbs not to send us.
Feel free to email the guy back using the above address if you have any questions. Let's try to make something happen.

Doesnt matter how hot they look... you think its worth spending $400+ on a set of fog lamps? I mean come on. I am sure you can get some custom ones made for that price. Just my 0.02
How do you make such a comment when you've spent God knows how much to convert your car to look like an I35? That's not worth it (unless you plan to supercharge, and even then it's still not really worth the whole conversion). My $.02
I don't think they could be made cheaper. The programming time alone to design these would cost more than $400. That doesn't cover machine time for production, or the mold making, or material costs.

Yeap everyone has their opinion. I thnk they look sick but not woth $400+.
Converting it to I35 - You would be amazed if i disclosed the quotes
I really didnt get the comment about Supercharging.. how can you compare exterior mods to a supercharger? PS there is no point of driving 2 SCed cars

SCing-that's why I said it wasn't worth it
And I'm sure one SC'ed car is enough for anyone.
Back to these lights......... sick indeed

Thanks. I really had my eyes on these fogs for a while now ever since meta showed us the first ST-R pics and kit. I PERSONALLY hate the clearance lights on my car not alone the fog lights. I already paid $$$$ for everything else on my car so, I think it's worth it. The HID kit alone for fogs that Kingofsorrow has cost $$$. Meta brake job probably cost $$$, not alone my bpu modifications on my car. Seems like eveyone in this room has different taste and different priorities they want to do to their car. ANYWAY...I guess I have to leave it up King and a few other to see what they want to do.
Again, I don't care how much they cost, I just want them......BODY Color one piece projector foglights

I'm with Ossamah on this one. Love the way they look, but too much $ for it IMO. Plus I happen to like the sidelights that come on with my turn signals (nightblindness + tint pwnz me).
id say they are hot but lots of money for the fogs only; now that body kit if yu can get it im all in for it

LMAO!!! That was funny Meta. You know my LEDs in the Bumper lenses are so bright, there is no need for my clearance lights. Originally Posted by MetaOrbit

Haha..best of luck to you. I think they look great, but the loss of functionality + the price makes it a no-go for me. That and I have lots of other places I could be spending $400-500 right now Originally Posted by leeI35

Maybe I'll just have to modify the stock housings with projectors and an HID hit. I also enjoy having the cornering lights.
Are there any better pictures of these? Maybe form different angles? All of the pics I've seen of these have been knida low-res.
Definately post lots of pics when you get yours painted and installed.
