I have no idea on the clearance on an A32. You'd be better served on a question like that in the 4th gen forum.
Also take note, OFFSET will play a role in any wheel+tire combination and whether it will rub.
it should not rub. i don't think 235/45/18 would be a problem, but i do'nt see why it would. i kon that 235/40/18 is fine...225/45/18 is fine, 245/40/18 is fine. 245/45/18 is a no no. 215/40/18 n ur asking for trouble. But i would say that 235/45/18 would be ok. I"m like 90% sure
it depends on what kinda budget your on. I personally wouldn't go with hankooks, just don't like them. Seeing that your in canada, i'm guessing you have pretty good snow tires n won't really have to worry about getting all season. Here's a list of good tires. Kuhmo 712, toyo proxes 4, continental extreme contact (great for snow, rain, n dry). If you don't wanna spend a lot, i guess you can get falken ziex 512, they're pretty good. Just look at the treadwear, u usually want to get around 300AA, that is usually around 30,000 miles. 220 treadwear is like 22,000 miles. Nitto 55 is a good tire but has wear of only 220, thats one reason why i won't get them

if ur using 20 in for daily driver, i wouldn't recommend it. 20 x 8.5 is better, but ur really asking for trouble. The biggest i'd ever go with are 19's. I currently have 18's n i think that it is big enough. Tires get a lot more expensive are u go up in rim size. If you really want to shell out like $75 everytime u hit a pot hole cause u just dented ur rim, then go for it. I was skiing in killington, vt, hit a pothole n had to drive from vt to boston, n from boston back to jersey. Over 500 miles on a donut is NOT fun....although i didn't care n still drove over 65 mph on them..-= )
One last question and this thread can be closed forever. If i get 245 will it make my 18z look like 17z????? i hurd the more meet on the tires the smaller they will look is that true??
Metra i know u have an answer for meeeeee

True, the thicker the sidewall the smaller the wheel will look, but I think the difference between 235/40/18 and 245/40/18 will be neglible. If you're wondering, find some pics of Lee's car. If I recall correctly he's running 245/40/18 and they look just fine. And his wheels even have a lip (wheels with a lip usually look 1 inch smaller).
