Going back to Japan...parts time!

Posted this in the 4th gen. forum, but I'm going back to Japan in May (haven't been in 10 years).

Knowing what I know now and the relative commonality of Cefiro's over there, shouldn't have much of a hard time going to a Nissan/parts shop and getting hooked up. Probably won't do anything major--maybe a Cefiro grill, some interior mods, and J-spec intake and/or exhaust.

I hear the problem with be getting all this stuff back, but I'll do it anyway. I think it's worth it.

I'll be in the Mei Perfecture of Nagoya (about 5 miles from the Lexus Tahara plant), then will head up to Tokyo. Can't wait to see all of the Japanese beauties that go crazy for "American"!

It'll be badass to see all those Cefiro's that look just like our car, but with Nissan badges.

Also it's funny because most of my friends won't be driving yet (you have to be 21), so when I tell them I drive a Cefiro they'll be pretty impressed. In Japan, that's not a young guy's car.

I'll be sure to take lots of pics.

Hey man, you'd be better off going to Taiwan if your sole mission was to get Nissan/Infiniti parts - most OEM stuff is made there now anyway and plus it is cheaper than in Japan.

Possibly. But cost isn't much of a concern...want to get all I can that I can't get here.
