I was under the impression that you had to get a 2001 to get the steering wheel mounted controls. But check this one out, it has the 2000 steering wheel with an extra set of buttons on the left side. They are cell phone controls. You would need the steering wheel from a 2001+ that has stereo controls, and also the radio from a car that has this feature. 2000 stock radios don't have a spot on the back to connect the radio controls.
