I cant beleive what has happened!! What should I do?
Ok well I finally got my new replacement ignition coils that I bought off a guy on an online auction site.My car didnt even really need the change yet but I was getting an intermitent misfire/shake so I figured why not change them now. I go to my local infiniti and get them installed yesterday. And now today the car is shaking like crazy and I think the engine is knocking also. I look on the box of the replacements and it says 22448-2y000 22448-2y005. I look inside the box today at the old coils they took out. And they end with -2y001 AND -2Y006. So I suppose I was sent the wrong coils. And have the wrong coils installed now. I dont understand why infiniti didnt confirm the part before installing them. Now I do not know what to do. My car only has 60,000 and I am sure having the wrong coils in is doing damage. Am I right?

The Nissan/Infiniti Fast program says:
Part Number: 22448-2Y000, model series-CA33, From-0799 Up To-0600,
App. Model VQ30DE, Specification-RH etc
Part Number: 22448-2Y001, model series-CA33, From-0600 Up To-0701 ....
Probably you've got the wrong coils

Not really the dealerships responsibility since you provided the parts. If you kept the old ones, I'd have them reinstall them and then get on the horn with the Ebay seller. Good luck...
