looking at my engine few days ago i saw there was a disconnected hose but it wasn't until today looking at another member engine pics that i realize my car is missing a part can somebody tell me what it is and if possible the part number

the hose is there just like in the picture what is missing is the "black relay look a like square part"

that picture is not from my car is from another member ,a pic of my own engine would be useless because thats the part missing can someone check on your own cars and please tell me where the hose connects to also part number would be nice
