Sagging door

When I open my driver's side door it sags very slightly downwards. Not enough to cause any problem or really be noticed by anyone who doesn't drive the car often. Almost every A33 Infiniti I've driven does it too. Anybody else experienced this and if so what was the fix?

None of the I35s I've been in have exhibited it.

I think, though, it's caused by the hinges weakening over time. Probably need to see if you can re-adjust the hinges or get new ones.

have it adjusted by a body shop.

if the problem persists you'll encounter

*excessive driving noise.
*you'll need to use extra force in closing the door.

my i30 did that before. and i noticed that i could hear the wind more when i drove- i took it to a body shop and they fixed it for me.

not sure how much it'll cost you though

I've never had that problem. Knock on wood.

I got a potential solution from the I30 forum over at NICO: replacing the hinge pin bushings may solve this problem.

Same problem in my passenger door. Almost 50% of the time my passenger closes the door, the door doesn't close completely.
